Rate £20.44 umbrella an hour
Currently based working from home with occasional need to attend the office our Revenues officers within the Enforcement team are responsible for the maintaining of the Council Tax database with particular emphasis on answering customer queries by telephone and correspondence using the Academy Council Tax system and Comino document management system. Back office work also includes working from system reports or spreadsheets, dealing with arrangement request forms and other contact via the website. The majority of the work involves dealing with accounts subject to all types of recovery and enforcement such as reminders, final notices, summonses, attachment to earnings or benefits, Enforcement Agents etc.
