Housing Solutions Officer role will be the first point of contact for clients accessing homelessness services. Successful candidate would need to have experiencing in triaging and assessing applicants circumstances.

Will be responsible for the Prevention Duty and Personalised Housing Plans.

Will be required to work from the office twice a week.

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have experience using Home Connections as a Housing system.
