We are currently recruiting for a permanent Housing Officer to join a small supported housing provider in North West London.
To be successful you will need to have experience of providing a full housing management service to supported housing tenants particularly around rent arrears management and ASB investigation. The tenant base are independent living over 55’s so a degree of empathy and consideration will need to be demonstrated at interview.
You will also be required to support and provide advice to the Sheltered Housing Officers in the day to day housing management function and have the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
This is an essential car users post and you must have access to vehicle to be considered for this role.
