Candidates must have relevant Council Tax and/or Housing Benefits experience. This role will be resolving Revs and Bens enquires from inbound calls from our busy contact centre. Roles are working from home and we can arrange equipment to be couriered fi necessary.

Although full time preferred we are happy to be flexible around hours per week for the right candidate. This position is initially up to 3 months. Northgate software experience is essential.
