We are looking for 3 business support officers to work in Benefits and Taxation for 3 / 4 months.

You must have very good communication skills and experience of taking calls maybe working for a local authority or call centre also you may be required to do general admin work. The successful candidate must have experience working with excel / word etc. Originally to work on the helpline talking calls relating to the £150 rebate. Academy software experience is essential.
